Belstone was the home of Belstone Goat Cheese which
was Tasmania's smallest specialist goat cheese manufacturer, producing some of the best cheeses in the state. |

All varieties
were famed for their fresh, clean tastes, due to the high quality, sweet tasting milk produced by the small goat herd on the farm at Bonnet Hill. |

Each cheese was handcrafted and the subtle differences between batches made this an exciting range of high quality cheese in the true farmhouse style. |

Whilst no longer producing commercially Belstone now offers
courses in cheese making on an 'ad hoc' basis individually
tailored to the needs of those in the restaurant industry
through to individuals. |
